During the cleaning process, they follow the work flow and operating specifications to ensure that no damage or quality problems are caused to the profile products during the grinding process.

After the PVC profile products go through a cleaning process to remove unevenness and defects, the product is evenly sprayed with paint on the surface of the profile product through a fully automatic jet machine. After the product is sprayed, it enters the drying box through a conveyor belt for drying.

The spray painters will conduct online instrument testing on each profile product to ensure that the quality of each profile product that comes off the production line meets the spray painting standards. The product inspection reports for each batch will be recorded in the book.
